	26/02/2015: RailNewcastle Conference 2015 ECTRI Member UNEW organises a rail-focused international conference in Newcastle on July 15-17, 2015. It offers opportunities for Scholars, Bachelor, Master, PhD Students, Early Career Researchers and Professionals involved in rail-related research projects and courses.

	21/05/2015: ECTRI SG attends Electromobility+ conference and final review workshop ECTRI SG attended Electromobility+ conference on May 20, 2015 in Berlin. The event provided an overview of achieved results of 18 trans-national research projects. The Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI) and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) invited ECTRI Members to attend. The final review of all the projects was held on 21 May 2015.
	30/04/2015: Presentation of ECTRI at KOWI ECTRI SG C. Alméras was invited to present the Association to a crowd of research managers for enhancing the ECTRI visibility at the KOWI (“European Liaison Office of the German Research Organisations”) Kompakt workshop on April 29, 2015 in Brussels.
	24/04/2015: ECTRI SG attends the 5th ITS conference, April 24th 2015 ECTRI SG attends the 5th ITS conference "A digital strategy for mobility: from capacity to connectivity". The event was openened by EU Commissioner for Transport on 24 April 2015 in Brussels. Topics such as data for digitising transport, mobility as a service and connectivity and automation were discussed with high level speakers.
	02/03/2015: LivingRAIL and SpiderPlus projects held their joint final conference in the European Parliament LivingRAIL and SpiderPlus projects held their joint final conference in the European Parliament in Brussels on April 23, 2015. Both projects aim at developing mobility visions and roadmaps for 2050 where electrified rail takes a central role in passenger and freight mobility. ECTRI Member FhG is a partner in the LivingRAIL project.

	2015 TRB Annual Meeting The theme of the 2015 TRB Annual Meeting was "Corridors to the Future: Transportation and Technology" In the frame of the ECTRI-TRB Memorandum of Understanding, ECTRI has actively contributed through the organization of a number of ECTRI supported sessions.
